1. Returns for Regular Boutique Products

We accept return requests for eligible regular boutique products within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

• Original tags and packaging must be included when applicable.

• Proof of purchase or an order number is required.

4. Christmas Advent Calendar Pre-Orders 🎄

Our Christmas Advent Calendars are pre-order items, meaning they are purchased before inventory is ready to ship.

Current pre-order details:

• Pre-orders are planned to close October 30, 2026, at 10 PM Eastern, unless sold out sooner.

• Customers may purchase a maximum of two advent calendars per order.

• Estimated shipping is mid-to-late November 2026, subject to supplier delivery.

• Shipping is currently available within the United States only.

• Christmas delivery is not guaranteed.

Pre-orders depend on supplier availability, minimum order quantities, and successful inventory procurement.

If we cannot fulfill your pre-order, we will notify you and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

If the estimated shipping timeline changes, we will notify affected customers and provide the options required by applicable law, including cancellation and refund rights.

Customers may contact us to request cancellation of an unshipped pre-order. Requests will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our disclosed order terms.

5. Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.

The time required for the refund to appear depends on the payment provider and the customer's financial institution.

Original shipping charges may be nonrefundable for discretionary returns where permitted by law. If an order is canceled because we cannot fulfill it, we will refund the full amount paid for that order, including shipping charges.
